We are proud to be US manufacturers. Located just northeast of Atlanta Georgia, our facility covers over 98,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery as well as highly skilled engineers, machinist, and technicians with many decades of knowledge and experience.
PAI has specialized in the manufacturing of gears for over 50 years. We use the latest gear cutting machines supported by robotic automation and computer-controlled operation for fast, efficient and consistent output. Gear geometry and data are obtained by Gleason Metrology solutions to ensure perfect dimensional input/output results.
Our Gleason - GMM Precision System is annually calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 American Association Laboratory Accreditation.

If the product you purchased from another supplier arrived out of spec, PAI offers reworking solutions, bringing the product back to your specification. Billed on a time & material basis, you can even pass the cost of rework back to your original supplier.
