Our progress combines facility upgrades, smarter manufacturing processes, employee involvement, and long-term investment.
ACHIEVED: MARCH 2025
Upgraded roofing materials and insulation improved thermal efficiency, reduced HVAC demand, and created more stable conditions throughout the facility.
ACHIEVED: APRILL 2026
Twenty-two aging rooftop units were replaced with newer, more efficient systems using environmentally preferable refrigerants.
ONGOING
Fluorescent lighting is being replaced across manufacturing, office, and equipment areas to reduce electricity use and maintenance.
ACHIEVED: AUGEST 2025
Process-water treatment and reuse improvements allow selected water streams to be reused up to four times while reducing wastewater and sludge disposal.
TARGET: END OF 2026
The planned system will recover energy generated during engine testing and return a portion of it to the facility’s electrical system.
TARGET: MID-2027
Additional solar capacity is being evaluated for the manufacturing facility and other PAI locations.
TARGET: END OF 2027
Expanding digital production documentation will reduce paper use, improve document control, and provide faster access to current information.
